Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a reference to it here.
